Josh is the Founder of Vanza Consulting & Immigration and Vanza Enterprise, two companies dedicated to helping individuals and businesses move, grow, and thrive across borders. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and based in South Africa since 2009, his own relocation journey has shaped his passion for providing ethical, efficient, and people-centered immigration support.

With over seven years of experience in immigration, Josh specializes in global mobility, visa processing, and business growth solutions. His work is guided by a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to step confidently into new possibilities.

Thomas brings over 15 years of experience across immigration, travel, business-to-business services, education, and direct sales. Throughout his career, he has managed complex immigration and cross-border recruitment processes, ensuring compliance while delivering practical, results-driven solutions for individuals and organisations.

His experience managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to revenue strategy prepared him for his current role as Business Development Manager at Vanza Consulting & Immigration. In this role, he focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets, and driving sustainable growth, supported by a strong operational understanding of immigration and global mobility.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys sports, running, padel, and spending time in nature on hikes.

Jodi-Lee Bessenger is currently completing her LLB degree at the University of Cape Town. As a Case Manager Intern at Vanza Consulting & Immigration, she assists with client files, visa applications, research, and client communication under the guidance and supervision of the team.

Outside of her studies and work, Jodi-Lee enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her hobbies include reading, crocheting, and playing video games.

Laure believes that immigration is about more than visas and paperwork. It's about helping people create new opportunities, reunite with loved ones, and build the future they envision. With over 6 years of experience in immigration case management, she is passionate about making what can often be a complex process feel clear, organized, and manageable for every client.

Holding a BCom Law degree and a BCom Honours in Business Management, Laure brings a unique combination of legal knowledge, administrative expertise, and a client-centered approach to every case she manages. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals from around the world, guiding them through various immigration processes with professionalism, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail. Her experience includes assessing eligibility, preparing and reviewing complex applications, liaising with government authorities and third parties and ensuring compliance with immigration requirements while managing multiple cases simultaneously.

As a native French speaker with professional proficiency in English, Laure enjoys connecting with people from different cultures and believes that clear communication and trust are the foundation of exceptional client service. She is committed to providing practical guidance and personalized support, helping clients feel informed and confident throughout every stage of their immigration journey.

Outside of work, Laure enjoys watching football, discovering new cuisines, and serving in her church's Kids Ministry.

Rothe is an experienced Immigration Case Manager at Vanza Consulting & Immigration, with more than 10 years of experience in the immigration sector. She holds a Public Relations qualification (NATED Certificate) and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Disaster Risk Management at STADIO College.

Rothe is passionate about helping individuals and families secure and maintain their legal status and strives to treat every client with fairness, respect, and professionalism.

Outside of work, she enjoys scenic drives with music turned up loud, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Thami Dlamini is an Immigration Consultant based in Johannesburg who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and professionals navigate immigration processes with clarity and confidence. He brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to every case, ensuring that applications are prepared accurately and efficiently. With strong research and organisational skills, Thami is committed to guiding clients through complex requirements while providing reassurance throughout the process.

Thami focuses on delivering professional and reliable support, recognising that immigration decisions often represent significant life transitions. He values clear communication and works closely with clients to ensure they understand each step of their journey. His commitment to continuous learning enables him to stay informed about regulatory developments and best practices, allowing him to provide practical and dependable guidance.

Outside of his professional work, Thami enjoys playing and coaching hockey, creating maps, and spending quality time with his wife and two children. He values personal growth, discipline, and meaningful connections

Joshua is an Immigration Consultant based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, where he supports Vanza Consulting’s Francophone clients across Central and West Africa. He plays a key role in guiding individuals and families through complex immigration processes, ensuring they clearly understand the requirements and steps involved in their applications.

Specializing in Canadian and United States immigration pathways, he assists clients with visa applications, documentation preparation, and navigating the various programs available for study, work, and travel. With a strong commitment to ethical migration and client-focused service, he helps French-speaking clients access reliable immigration support and confidently pursue opportunities abroad.
